Back in the 70's Britannia Row House was famous for being Pink Floyds recording & production studios. The footage in the ground breaking video for 'Another Brick in the Wall' was shot in and around 35 Britannia Row.

Pink Floyd's Nick Mason, alongside Sharon Brittan went on to develop the full potential of this beautiful 25,000 sq ft warehouse in N1 by converting it into prime contemporary serviced office and studio space. Ahead of their time Nick Mason and his team successfully combined the original warehouse utility features with modern and functional design and created one of the first commercial sites to provide a professional yet style conscious environment for creative businesses.

Britannia Row proved so popular that Nick Mason and Sharon Brittan felt obliged to expand. Recognizing the ever growing demand for creative and alternative office space they purchased Britannia Row's sister site, 64 Essex Road N1 as well as 77 St John Street in the heart of Clerkenwell EC1.

The N1 and EC1 commercial premises offer complete office solutions from start ups through to established multi staffed businesses providing a place of work that is unique in terms of facilities, flexibility and style. We have further expanded our N1 sites by introducing N1 boardroom hire which can be booked by the day or by the hour.
